Cesky Krumlov is a beautiful mediaeval city with a labyrinth of little streets and alleys and one of the largest castles of Czech. Closed in between the bends of the river Moldau (Vltava) it has been registered in 1992 on the list of world heritage by the UNESCO. Here you can endlessly wander around through the mediaeval city or enjoy the view on the Baroque architecture and the surrounding Castle from one of the nice terraces
For the ones who enjoy the art of painting there is the Egon Schiele Center with a private collection of the painter who lived in 1911 in Krumlov.
During the summer there are many different music events to visit. Including a Chamber music and a Jazz festival in August.
Another event is the Petiliste ruze festival during two days in june with street performances, parades en mediaeval plays.
